Account Limitation Error and Error when retrieving data

Dear All,

I'd like to ask about some error i found in my Solarwinds NPM.

First there is some event that show my group is in warning state (Like the capture) but when i click the event it show error account limitation error (Like the capture attached).

Second when i click on of my node device it show error when retrieving data (Like the capture)

)

Is somebody can tell me what should i do regarding this issue?
