NPM 10.4 HP Server, or Cisco ASA hardware monitoring?

Has anyone been able to successfully get hardware monitoring details for HP servers? We have some HP ProLiant680c G7 and 490c G7 Blade servers, as well as DL980 rack servers and hardware monitoring does not work for any of them.  SW support was not much help and told me to contact the vendor.  I also tried with WMI, still nothing.

We also have some ASA 5520s and hardware monitoring does not work for those either.

I noticed that APM specifically states it supports hardware motioning for ProLiant.  Does this mean i have to buy that software to be able to do this?
