Dynamic time in report

Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to create a report that shows the datetime value in the timezone of the browser it is being displayed in.

e.g. in report writer I populate a column with a datetime, in the database this is saved as UTC but I want it to display in the timezone of the browser which executes the report.

Is this possible?
