Radial Gauge not a selectable option when creating Orion Universal Device Pollers

I have been creating some temperature monitor device pollers.  When I set them up and accept the defaults, the Gauge option is grayed out in Orion website options. In addition, when I go to configure the Universal Device Poller - Radial Gauge on the webpage itself, the Universal Device Poller: dropdown is blank. Do I need to set up the Poller with something other than the auto-populated settings?
