Network latency display

None of our systems are able to get a functioning "Network Latency - Last 7 Days" display.  The "Network Latency and Packet Loss - Today" display works just fine, but the Last 7 Days display does not.  It says "Data is not available".  We have our detailed statistics retention set to 7 days, so I see no reason why we should have an issue here.  Clicking on the "Why Not" link provides nothing helpful.

 

Any ideas?
