We are using Microsoft Unified Messaging for voice mail and for its IVR abilities. The tutorial below shows how I might be
able to use Performance Monitor to get at some data. But I need to be able to see hour by hour how many times was
Option 1 pressed, Option 2 etc. Is there a way using Solar Winds App Monitoring that I might be able to gain insight
into the IVR activity perhaps by WMI or SNMP?? We are on Exchange 2007 still.
