Importing Graphics to Network Atlas

I want to import my company logo so I can place it on some maps. How do I do this. I had one in my old NPM and it's on the new maps and is resizable. I have another image I want to use but can't figure out how this is done in Atlas. I do see my existing logo in an "imported" folder, some kind of wmf file. Want to create a new one based on a gif/bmp from my system.
