The User Experience (UX) group is looking to talk to new users (~6 month of time with SolarWinds products or less) who have had to set up and tune alerts in SolarWinds as part of your job. We want to understand what was good or easy about the process for you, what was hard to grok, anything that required support help, anything you wish was different--anything at all you want to share with us! Spend an hour with us talking about your experience and taking us on a tour of your environment over a GoToMeeting session and we'll give you 2,000 thwack points.
