Good day.
Im having problem with the nodes being managed by our NPM. Due to many elements, some of the nodes are transferred to the Polling Engine. After the transfer, some of the interfaces had this unknown status. We tried to revert it back to the NPM, but still the Status is on Unknown Status. SNMP seems to be fine. We tried to rediscover and re-add the node, but still got the same status.
Any response on this issue is highly appreciated.
