Trap Viewer , Rule Creation and Alert Action (Change the status of interface) Not Work

Hi

I have a WUT Web-IO Digital ,

I have insert in NPM , and is monitored,

this send to NPM , snmp trap when a particulary event is happens ,

I have configured in trap viewer a rules that when this event happens must execute an Alert Action

I have configure 3 Alert action,

Log alert to File --> this work

Flag the trap with specify color ---> this Work

Change the status if interface --> NOT Work,

I need that when this event happen the colour of ethernet interface must change (example to yellow )

I have try to configure with warning , down to interface state but I cannot see any change.

how can Isolve this problem?
