Tools that we had on our primary poller are being moved to Web Portal .
1. They moved "Custom property Editor" to the Web Portal
2. They got in Web reports, Report writer still exists though
3. Now they are getting in Web based alerting (NPM 12.0).
FUTURE -> Probably Solarwinds Admin would never even login onto the primary poller.
