How do I get my OIDs from Universal Device Poller over to NPM?

Hi

I have succesfully found the netapp OIDs in the database that i needed (disk monitoring etc.).

But how do I actually make them show in NPM?

They have been assigned and testet in Universal Device Poller with success and within NPM i can find them by clicking "Pollers"

I hope anyone knows the answer to this and that I am just missing the obvious
