I have Advanced Alerts setup, and emails are going out to the necessary teams. I have also setup specific alerts to our Help Desk Ticketing system. What I would like to do now is set up an automatic Acknowledgement for those alerts that are being sent to the Help Desk Ticketing system as we are getting multiple tickets for one alert.
What I have setup is that I have two trigger actions, one is sending an email to the team distribution list, the second is sending an email to the Ticketing system.
Under the Alert Escalation tab, I have unchecked the "Do not execute this action if the Alert has been Acknowledged" and "Execute this Action repeatedly while the alert is Triggered" for both email Triggers.
Is their a way to set up an Auto Acknowledgement for these tickets that are being sent to the Ticketing System?
