Local Orion Database User Change their own Password?

Hi we're running NPM 2014.2.11.1229

We only use the local account database.  We don't tie it to AD or Windows auth.   In case of a windows and AD auth failure, we want to still be able to log in.

If I give a person full admin rights, they can go into the admin page, list local user accounts and change anything on any account they want.

But if I give someone read only access to everything (which is what most users will have) there doesn't seem to be a place for them to change their OWN password when they want to.

This seems a very basic function, am I just missing it somewhere?   Thanks in advance!
