NPM SNMPv3 trap collection problem - multiple devices

I am having an issue collecting SNMPv3 traps from certain device types.  I am running NPM 10.2.2.  I have already read other threads that state the the SNMPv3 username and credentials must be the same for the management of the device and for sending out v3 traps.  All of that is correct.  I am getting SNMPv3 traps from Cisco Nexus, Cisco IOS devices, and NetApps.  I cannot get SNMPv3 traps from McAfee Sidewinder firewalls or Cisco UCS 6120s.  Traps that come in for those devices return the common "Bad trap packet received from Node with IP x.x.x.x : Unknown user and engine.  Packet discarded."  The credentials that I am using are correct.  I am using the same set across the board on all devices.  I can also get SNMPv2 traps from those devices just fine.  I have tried SNMPv3 MD5/DES56 and SHA1/AES128.  Neither work for the SNMPv3 traps.  But all of it works for SNMPv3 management of the devices.  I can poll the devices correctly.  Everything works fine with SNMPv3 except for the SNMPv3 trap collection.  Does anyone have any ideas?  Is there a configuration file that I can add something in to add settings (maybe the SWTrapService.exe.config file)?
