NPM 11.5 rollback process

I too am experiencing the Information Service continuously crash problem.  My system has been down for 3 days.  I need to consider the possibility that Solarwinds will not find a solution and roll back to NPM 11.0.1 and SAM 6.2.

My pollers have the following installed: NPM 11.5.1, SAM 6.2, VNQM 4.1, NTA 3.11, and WPM 2.1. 

I want to rollback from NPM 11.5.1 to NPM 11.0.1 and SAM 6.2 to SAM 6.1.1 . 

Can someone my rollback steps are correct?

1. Remove SAM 6.2 from additional pollers

2. Run Configuration Wizard on additional pollers

3. Remove SAM 6.2 from primary poller

4. Run Configuration Wizard from primary poller

5. Remove NPM 11.5.1 from additional pollers

6. Don’t run Configuration wizard on additional pollers

7. Remove NPM 11.5.1 from primary poller

8. Don’t run Configuration wizard on primary poller

9. Restore database backup

10. Install NPM 11.0.1 on primary poller

11. Install NPM 11.0.1 on  additional pollers

12. Install SAM 6.1.1 on primary poller

13. Run configuration wizard on primary poller

14. Install SAM 6.1.1 on additional pollers

15. Run configuration wizard on additional pollers
