I have an alert setup for when a hardware component fails. It is working fine, but my reset email is not. Here is what my reset email template looks like:
RESET: An object you are monitoring is ${N=SwisEntity;M=Status;F=Status}.
Object was down for ${N=Alerting;M=DownTime} minutes.
NetPerMon Event Log: Component
${N=SwisEntity;M=ComponentAlert.ComponentName} on Application
${N=SwisEntity;M=Application.ApplicationAlert.ApplicationName} on Node
${N=SwisEntity;M=Application.Node.Caption} is
${N=SwisEntity;M=ComponentAlert.ComponentAvailability}
and here is what one of the reset emails looks like:
RESET: An object you are monitoring is Up.
Object was down for 130 minutes.
NetPerMon Event Log: Component
${N=SwisEntity;M=ComponentAlert.ComponentName} on Application ${N=SwisEntity;M=Application.ApplicationAlert.ApplicationName} on Node ${N=SwisEntity;M=Application.Node.Caption} is ${N=SwisEntity;M=ComponentAlert.ComponentAvailability}
So obviously some of the variables are not resolving, and I can't figure out why?
