I'm just wondering if anyone has managed to do a dashboard / alert for when PoE consumption is almost at capacity.
I can do a syslog alert but would like something more graphical etc.
Does the 10.4 network hardware monitoring help with this?

I'm trying to write a report that lists all of our switches grouped by whether they are POE capable or not. Even two separate reports would work. Has anyone already done this? I didn't find anything in content exchange.

What i am trying to do is on a Atlas Map, i want to add a cisco switch port object and in the label ideally i would like to add the port number and description, and if that description changed on the switch, i would like that to reflect in the network map.
For example
Node Picture (ie. Green circle if active) - Fa1/1 Portdescription (description referenced in the CLI of the Cisco switch.
Is this possible?

Q1: Does Orion recommend (even unofficially) any fully automated (without manual coding) 3rd party tool that allows smooth Two-Way integration with Major Ticketing systems like :
- BMC: Remedy
- HP: ITSM / HPSD / HPSM /HPSC, etc ... ?
- CA: IT Service Desk
Must guarantee closing Ticket when Node/Interface is Up without delay
Q2: If not, which one would you guys recommend ? Something that really works without push

I am looking at monitoring all partner sites on one solarwinds deployment.
Trouble is they have overlapping IPs.
Is it possible to monitor multiple partner sites that have overlapping IPs.
Would additional pollers at each site provide this functionality.

Hello, I am trying to tab (to left hand navigation pane) for a specific node. However each time I add the tab it adds to all nodes managed by Orion. Any suggestions? I'm sure it is fairly simple but seem to be over looking something.

Is there a variable which displays the fixed disk volumes without the serial number? All my alerts have these which gets annoying sometimes.

I created three new view and I replaced the default view for interface details and node details with new "Detalles de la Interfaz" and "Detalles del nodo" as you can see in the picture.
I have to replace also default view group details with a new customized view. Is it possible? I didn't find the way.
